Shipping & Returns
We ship Australia wide, as well as Internationally. All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars.
For Australian and United States orders, postage is calculated automatically during the checkout phase once your address details have been entered. Postage cost is calculated according to weight and destination. Regardless of where you are, or where we are shipping to, once you place an order through this website you will receive a confirmation email from us. We will also email you again once your gear has been shipped.
We ship Australia wide via Australia Post Express, which means it is usually in your hands a day or two after we post it. If an order is received before 1pm AEST, and the product is in stock, we will post the same day as you order. This means you should allow between 1-4 business days for your gear to arrive.
For larger orders we ship via Courier. We will let you know if we are shipping via Courier, and will also provide you with a tracking number. Delivery time is dependent on location, however usually takes between 2-6 business days.
For International orders we also ship via Australia Post. International postage usually takes between 7-10 business days. Please do not hate us for this, but there may be delays beyond our control once the parcel enters your country, such as from customs. Please factor this in, especially when ordering Custom Gear from us, as this means gear could take 5-6 weeks to arrive from ordering date (4 weeks build + 1-2 weeks shipping).

Unfortunately this does not apply to custom made gear as it is made to your exact specifications. We work with you during the build process to make sure what you get is exactly what you want, so please choose carefully! Our gear is proudly made to last, so will be with you for a veeeeery long time!
We know mistakes happen, which is why we are more than willing to cancel, replace, or provide a full refund for your standard gear order. All we ask is that you pay for the return of the gear. Contact us first please! Make sure you contact us to let us know it is on its way back, as well as include a note inside the parcel with your name and contact details, or a copy of your receipt. Once the gear is back in our hands we will check it over to make sure it is in good condition, as well as contact you to discuss what you would like to do.
Any refund we issue will include the cost of original delivery to you, but not the cost of you returning the gear to us.
